Course Enrollment

Cancellation Policy

• Students may cancel their course enrollment within [14 days] from the date of registration.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact channels.

• Cancellations requested after the allowed cancellation period may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• A full or partial refund may be issued if the cancellation request is made within the allowed cancellation period and before the course has started.

  • No refunds will be provided once the course has started or after attending [one session / a specific percentage of the course], unless otherwise stated.

  • Any administrative or processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend classes or complete the course

  • Change of personal circumstances

  • Violation of course rules or terms of service

  • Access to course materials (recordings, files, or online platforms) has already been granted

Course Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us

• True Step Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In such cases, students will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to another course or session

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Refund processing time may take 14 -21 business days , depending on the payment provider.
