1. Definitions

• Academy: Refers to the Language Learning Academy, including all its branches and online platforms.

• Student / Learner: Any individual enrolled in one or more courses offered by the Academy.

• Courses: Educational programs provided by the Academy, whether in-person or online.

2. Registration and Enrollment

• Students must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information.

• The Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration if incorrect or misleading information is provided.

• Enrollment in any course constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Fees and Payment

• Students may cancel their course enrollment within [14 days] from the Course fees are announced in advance and are subject to change only before enrollment.

• Fees must be paid according to the payment method and deadline specified by the Academy.

• The Academy reserves the right to suspend or cancel enrollment in case of late or incomplete payment.

4. Attendance and Conduct

• Students are required to attend classes regularly and on time.

• Excessive absence may result in disqualification from course completion or certification.

• Students must adhere to respectful behavior and comply with Academy rules, whether in physical classrooms or online platforms.

5. Certificates

• Certificates are issued only to students who successfully complete all course requirements.

• Certificates are for educational purposes and do not replace officially accredited qualifications unless explicitly stated.
